1. Nature of Services

FXH ("FXHonest," "we," "us," or "our") provides educational tools, technical infrastructure, and analytical signals for foreign exchange and commodities trading. Our services include but are not limited to: Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting for MetaTrader 5, structured trading signals, and algorithmic trading bot workflows.

FXH is not a financial institution, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or commodity trading advisor. We do not hold any regulatory license to provide investment advice or execute financial transactions.

2. No Broker Relationship

FXH does not operate as a broker. We do not:

  • Accept client funds or deposits of any kind
  • Execute trades on behalf of users
  • Act as a counterparty to any trading position
  • Provide access to trading platforms or liquidity
  • Guarantee fills, pricing, or execution quality

All trading activity occurs through third-party brokers selected and managed entirely by you. FXH has no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for your broker relationship.

3. High Risk of Loss

Trading foreign exchange, gold (XAU/USD), and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss. It is possible to lose all capital deposited in a trading account. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You should not trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

Past performance of any trading strategy, signal, or automated system — whether displayed on this website, in marketing materials, or shared by other users — does not guarantee future results. Market conditions change, and strategies that were profitable in one period may become unprofitable in another.

4. Signals and Bots Are Educational Tools

All signals, bot configurations, and educational content provided by FXH are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

  • Financial advice
  • Investment recommendations
  • Solicitations to buy or sell any financial instrument
  • Personalized advice tailored to your financial situation

  • Over-optimization: Bots backtested on historical data may perform poorly on live markets due to curve-fitting.
  • Broker dependency: Bot performance varies significantly across brokers due to spread differences, slippage, and execution speed.
  • Parameter drift: Market regimes change. A bot's parameters may become suboptimal without regular review and adjustment.

6. User Responsibilities

By using FXH services, you acknowledge and accept sole responsibility for:

  • Selecting a reputable, regulated broker appropriate for your jurisdiction
  • Verifying the broker's regulatory status and financial stability
  • Funding your trading account and managing your capital
  • Determining appropriate position sizes and leverage levels
  • Monitoring open positions and bot performance
  • Complying with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction
  • Ensuring that forex and leveraged trading is legal in your country of residence
  • All trading decisions and their financial consequences, whether profitable or not

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FXH and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. This includes, without limitation, losses from trading activity, technical failures, data errors, or service interruptions.

8. Jurisdiction

The laws of the jurisdiction in which FXH operates shall govern this disclaimer and your use of our services. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to This Disclaimer

FXH reserves the right to modify this risk disclaimer at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
